It's very pretty and my daughter absolutely loves it! I read the other reviews and there is one negative one talks about the brushes being made out of yarn - I think this is great because it's soft on her face, it also talks about the lipstick not staying in the case and nail polish not staying in place - my daughter could care less and neither can I. It's made out of wood which is better than a cheap plastic toy and all the items fit in the make-up bag it comes with to make it easy to tote around and keep track of.
