I am afraid to wash them in case they fall apart. The sewing is fine, it's the fabric used. They have been packed in plastic, as though they are being worn. If the company had chosen to spend more for the fabrics used and less on the labor packing the dresses it would have made a better product. VERY tedious to undo from the packages, with lots of wire. The doll is fine, though not in proportion due to her overly large head. I bought one doll and as many outfits as available for all nationalities. Doll needs more clothes options, less tiny objects to loose, and less packaging IMO. It's a great idea, but needs attention to quality.
