It was above my expectations. It's almost as tall as me and the shipment weight says 9 lbs but its very sturdy. Assembling required about 1~2 hours and it was more durable than I expected. I also liked stylish design, an elevator, balconies, etc. But because there was no doll included I visited Toys r us to purchase the right sized dolls. My 8 year old daughter was asking for the Barbie 3 story townhouse and after reading the reviews on that one, we decided to get this house. We are so happy that we did! It is very nice and she is thrilled with it! |
